Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or change of bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date, or you will be charged the full amount for the first day.

Children:
One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when you use the existing bed.
There is no extra-bed option due to the limitation of space.
* We do NOT have baby facilities; such as a baby cot and a stroller.

 

Luggage/ Parcel storage Policy

(Luggage Service):
Before Check-in:
We can keep luggage before check in which starts at 3pm.
This service is for free so that you can explore Tokyo without wasting your time.

After Check-out: You can keep your luggage for FREE after check out if you
collect the luggage on the SAME DAY (Before Midnight)

※Please keep your valuable item such as wallet, passport....etc
※No refund is available for this service and the payment will be done at the front desk.

(Parcel & Luggage Policy)
If the parcel is received more than 3 days before your check in date (including the check in date)
there will be a storage fee off 3000 Yen for 3 pieces.
(3 piece=3000 Yen, 6 piece=6000 Yen, 9 piece= 9000 Yen....etc)

For example, Check in date on Dec 4th
☆If the parcel or luggage is received on Dec 2nd unti lthe check in date,
there will be NO CHARGE
★If the parcel or luggage is received before Dec 2nd which is from Dec 1st or before,
there will be a CHARGE.

※The parcel or luggage HAS TO BE PAID and the NAME has to be in ENGLISH (Reservation Name)

 

Vegetarian meals and other special meals

Our Café does NOT serve any Vegetarian meal nor other special meal such as Vegan, Moslem Meal, or Hindu Meal.
Calling to the JNTO ( TEL +81 3 3201 3331)  will help you to find those restaurants' information in Japan.

FAQ

・When should I pay for the room charge?
→ It depends on the website which you have reserved. Usually the payment needs to be done when you make the reservation
but it all depends on where you made the reservation. If by any chance the reservation is not paid,  you will be asked to pay at the check in counter.

 Do I have to pay for Early check in / Late check out?
→Yes, extra charge is needed. Please contact us so that we can tell you how much it will be.

Can we (2 adults) sleep with a child in a Double-bed room?
→Yes, if your child is under 6 years old
If the child is over 6 years old, the child will be considered as an adult and ONLY two people is
allowed in the Double room so you will need to make a reservation for 2 rooms.

Can I ask an extra bed in a Double room?
→We are unable to add an extra bed since the room size is not big enough.

Is there a free bus-service between E Hotel and Haneda/ Narita airport?
→No. we do not have an airport transfer service from our hotel but we do sell Airport Limousine Bus ticket from our hotel that leaves from Shinjuku station.

Can I use Internet for free?
→ Yes, We provide complimentary WiFi throughout our building
We will let you know the password when you check in. 
 
Can I "request" a non-smoking room?
→Yes, if only there are availabilites
 
※Please email us ahead if you would like to change.
(Request will not be fulfilled in case of  sold-out).

Is there any connecting room?
→No, there isn't. Instead of that, we can provide your rooms next to each other(The room type must be same). Please contact us in advance.

Where can I do the laundry?
→There are 4 coin-operated laundry machines on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor. Also there is laundry service available (*There is fee for laundry service.)

Is there any accessible room?
→Yes, there is an accessible room. Please contact us if you would like to reserve it.

Do you accept my late arrival? / May I go out during the night?
Our front desk is opened 24 hours.
An advance contact is required if you are checking in later then 10pm.
If you do not notify us, possible that your reservation will be cancelled with 1 day charged.
